In my role as Assistant Director and IT Lead, I played a pivotal role in advancing the business development of startups and organizations within our ecosystem. My journey began with the development of an intuitive website for our organization, designed to enhance user engagement and provide a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

I developed a comprehensive program for the business incubation hub, aimed at helping startups scale up from ideation to reaching their break-even point. This program was complemented by custom websites for individual startups, which I also developed to meet their unique needs.

Beyond web development, I embarked on detailed data analytics projects to support businesses as they scaled, providing insights crucial for their growth. Additionally, I managed the organization’s website and program activities, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. My role also involved writing proposals to development partners, securing vital funding for startups under our care to fuel their growth and success.
